What is the delivery time of my products?

Because we partner with selected global merchants in order to provide you the best prices  and this means that your order is shipped from all over the world such as USA, Italy, France, and China. At StriveDeal we guarantee a safe delivery.

Because we ship mostly directly from our partners, most items will arrive in about:

  • US / Canada: 15 to 25 days
  • Europe / Asia / Australia: 20 to 35 days
  • Rest of the world: 25 to 45 days

 

Please note that this is an estimate, not the final delivery date. These factors affect international shipments, such as holidays, weather, customs issues, logistics holdups, and more can cause delays that are out of our control. That are the reasons, we can only offer an estimate of shipping times. Please do not worry if it does not show up immediately, it has been shipped.

We offer free shipping on orders over $50.00

What is the order processing time?

We want to make sure that you get your items as quickly as possible. We process our orders within maximum 24 hours and shipped the next day. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How can i cancel or change my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours after you placed it. As we process the orders immediatley, we can cannot already sent out orders cancel or change. Also orders that are in transit to the destination cannot be canceled.

Shipping confirmation

should you not receive your order details, this could be because  yiu have accidentally entered a wrong email address. Throughout the process, we send 2-3 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice if tracking is available.

How can I track my order? 

When you're dealing with worldwide international shipping tracking numbers aren't available for about 8-10 days to display data for U.S. & Canada orders and up to 10-15 days to display data for International orders.

NOTE: Shipping to some countries have no tracking numbers available.

Delivery

Depending on where you live, normally the orders will be delivered by your local post service.

Why is my order stuck in transit?

Occasionally, orders do get delayed when entered the country. With inspections and customs packages can be stuck for up to 4 weeks with no updates to the tracking. This is fairly uncommon, but it does happen. If your order is stuck and hasn't moved for several days, unfortunately, there's nothing that can be done to get it moving again, besides simply waiting it out.

Lost packages

Please contact Customer Service to inform us that you did not receive the package. After we will contact the courier company to make sure the package is lost, we will refund your money or resend the items.
